Challenge:
Capture high-quality content in extreme environments. Shooting in harsh winter conditions, including skiing and snowmobiling in remote backcountry, requires a highly specialized production team. Beyond technical skill, this challenge demands adaptability to rapidly changing weather, managing extreme gear, and ensuring safety while capturing fast-paced, adrenaline-driven action in rugged terrain.
Solution:
Citizen North utilized advanced equipment and a skilled crew to capture Idaho's winter adventure in challenging environments. With a focus on both creativity and technical precision, we ensured that every shot—from skiing through powder on resort or accessing the backcountry’s rugged terrain— we highlighted the state's thrilling winter appeal.
Results
The project resulted in 80% of Visit Idaho's winter campaign assets. The content fueled Visit Idaho's campaign success, driving engagement across social media and digital platforms, and amplifying Idaho's reputation as a winter adventure destination. A mix of photos & videos are currently being used for the 2024 campaign & metrics will be posted later this season.
